The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that YNH Construction Sdn Bhd ("YNH Construction"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 April 2026 served with a Winding-Up Petition (No. WA-28NCC-328-03/2026) dated 30 March 2026 by the Government of Malaysia ("the Petition") via Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (Lembah Klang Legal Branch) ("LHDN").

The Petition was initiated against YNH Construction on the basis of its failure to settle outstanding tax liabilities amounting to RM7,210,064.77.

YNH Construction is not a major subsidiary of the Company as defined under Chapter 1 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the total cost of investment in YNH Construction by the Company as of the financial year ended 30 June 2025 is RM2,500,000.

The date of hearing for the Petition has been fixed on 16 July 2026.

There will be no immediate financial and operational impact and no expected loss to the Group arising from the Petition.

The Company wishes to clarify that the announcement was not made earlier as Management was not aware of the Petition filed against YNH Construction and only became aware of the matter upon the advertisement of the Petition on 14 April 2026.

Immediately thereafter, Management engaged with LHDN to address the matter. Following the discussion, the Company has received confirmation from LHDN on a proposed settlement arrangement and is currently working closely with LHDN to comply with the agreed payment terms and resolve the matter in a timely manner.

Any material developments in relation to the above will be announced in due course.
