YNH PROPERTY BHD ("YNH" OR "COMPANY") - DEED OF REVOCATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN KAR SIN BHD (A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY), NEW YORK EMPIRE SDN BHD AND CHIN HIN PROPERTY (SEGAMBUT) SDN BHD

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 29 April 2024 (“Earlier Announcement”) in relation to the Development Agreement (“DA”) with the Parties. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcement.

The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that Kar Sin Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 July 2025 entered into a Deed of Revocation (“Deed”) with New York Empire Sdn Bhd and Chin Hin Property (Segambut) Sdn Bhd to revoke and rescind the DA dated 24 April 2024 and to enter into a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 15 July 2025.
