Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 17 March 2025 in relation to the revised timeline on the completion and issuance of the independent assessment report.

The Company wishes to update that the Audit Committee convened a meeting on 25 March 2025 to receive an update from the representative of Messrs. UHY on the draft SIR report.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Company expects the final SIR report to be completed by 9 April 2025. Upon receipt, the Audit Committee will convene another meeting to deliberate on the final SIR report.

The Company continues to monitor developments closely and will make further announcements as necessary.
