On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, we wish to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Adoption of a new Constitution of the Company (“Proposal”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at a date to be determined later.
