The Board of Directors of YNH Property Berhad (“YNH”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, YNH Realty Sdn. Bhd. (“YNHR”), agreed to withdraw the legal proceedings against KKH Development Sdn. Bhd. (“KKH”), pursuant to KKH fulfilling the out of court settlement amounting to RM4,000,000.00.
