The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd ("YNH" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") of the Company dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 16th AGM of the Company held at Hotel Sfera, 2479, Jalan Dato' Yu Neh Huat, Taman Samudera, 32040 Sri Manjung, Perak on Friday, 29 June 2018.

The results of the poll were validated by Raki CS Tan & Ramanan, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
