Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04 (e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that Kar Sin Bhd (“KSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YNH has secured a Term Financing-i Facility amounting to RM210 million from OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad. 

The purpose of the Term Financing-i Facility is to repay loans and to part finance future development projects.
