Remarks : 
The Board of Directors have recommended the following:

(a) a final share dividend at the ratio of six (6) treasury shares for every one thousand (1000) ordinary shares, which will be proposed for shareholders' approval in the forthcoming 2018 Annual General Meeting.

(b) a final cash dividend of zero point seven sen (0.7 sen) for every ordinary share, which will be proposed for shareholders' approval in the forthcoming 2018 Annual General Meeting.
