The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that in line with the consolidation exercise between BTAC and BTMH, BTAC, the current auditors of YNH will retire at the Company's forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM"). 

Further, the Board also wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 April 2017 received a Notice of Nomination from Dato' Yu Kuan Huat, DPMP, PMP, AMP, PPT., a member of the Company, nominating BTMH as Auditors of the Company in place of BTAC, and proposing the following ordinary resolution to be tabled at the forthcoming 15th AGM of the Company:- 

"THAT Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng be appointed as new Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Baker Tilly AC for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting AND THAT authority be and is hereby given for the Directors to determine their remuneration." 

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the approval from the members of the Company at the forthcoming 15th AGM of the Company to be convened.
