We refer to the announcements dated 13 April 2016, 20 April 2016, 26 May 2016, 23 June 2016, 11 July 2016, 2 August 2016, 3 August 2016, 17 August 2016 and 19 August 2016 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that 87,553,450 Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 6 September 2016. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of YNH after the issuance of 87,553,450 Bonus Shares shall be RM528,999,579 comprising 528,999,579 YNH Shares. This announcement is dated 5 September 2016.
