Remarks : 
On 13 April 2016, the Company declared an interim share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty five (25) ordinary shares of RM1/- each held. The entitlement date and distribution date was on 26 April 2016 and 20 May 2016 respectively.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty five (25) ordinary shares of RM1/- each held in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015, to be approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting which will be held on 30 June 2016.

This announcement is submitted on 27 May 2016.
