On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that on 26 May 2016, an additional listing application has been submitted to Bursa Securities for the listing of and quotation for the following on the Main Market of Bursa Securities:-           

1. up to 88,289,225 new YNH Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue; and

2. such number of new YNH Shares up to 15% of the issued and paid-up share capital of YNH (excluding treasury shares) at any one time which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of share options and/or grant of new YNH Shares under the Proposed ESS.
