Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 20 April 2016 in relation to the Proposed ESS.

We refer to the announcement dated 20 April 2016 in relation to the Proposed ESS (“Announcement”).

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Board had on even date resolved to vary the Proposed ESS to include the ability to settle the exercise of options under the Proposed Share Option Plan with existing YNH Shares purchased from the market (“Variation”).

Pursuant to the Variation, the trust that the Company may establish to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Share Grant Plan (as elaborated in Section 2 of the Announcement) shall correspondingly be expanded to include the implementation of the Proposed Share Option Plan.

Save and except for the Variation, all other details of the Proposed ESS remain unchanged.
