Reference is made to the above matter and the announcement made on 21/12/2015. The Board of Directors of YNH Property Berhad ("YNH") (“Board”) is pleased to announce that all the conditions in the MOU have been met, save for the Building & Renovation Contract Agreement (“B&RCA”), which have been mutually waived by both parties. Based on the above, the MOU is deemed unconditional. This announcement is dated 26 April 2016. |
