Further to the Company's announcement dated 28 August 2014 on the distribution of treasury shares as share dividend at the ratio of one (1) treasury share for every one hundred and thirty (130) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company on the entitlement date, the Board of Directors of YNH is pleased to advise that the Share Dividend has been credited into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders on 28 November 2014.

A total of 3,150,744 treasury shares were distributed to the entitled shareholders in relation to the Share Dividend. Fractions of Treasury Shares had been disregarded.
