The Board of Directors' of YNH Property Bhd ("YNHPROP" or "the Company") wishes to announce the details of the following offer of options over ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the Company to the eligible employee of the Group under the YNHPROP Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") which will expire on 4 August 2014:

(a) Date of offer : 20 December 2013

(b) Exercise price of options offered : RM1.48

(c) Number of options offered : 500,000.

(d) Market price of YNHPROP Shares on the date of the offer : RM1.64

(e) Number of options offered to each director :  Nil

(f) Vesting period of YNHPROP options granted :  20 December 2013 till 4 August 2014
