On behalf of the Board of Directors' of the Company, we wish to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders to undertake the following proposals at the forthcoming 2014 Annual General Meeting:

a) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy Back Authority ("Proposed Share Buy Back")

b) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of A Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate")
