The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd. ("YNHB" or "the Company"),  wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has allowed its wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Kar Sin Berhad's appeal against the additional assessments raised by Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia for the Years of Assessment 1998 and 1999 and awarded costs of RM10,000.00 to Kar Sin Berhad.
