Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd (“YNHProp” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 23 October 2013 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of the following companies comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each from Rafidah Binti Taib and Roslinda Binti Bahafeyar for a total consideration of RM2.00 each, resulting in the following companies becoming wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company:
(a) Green Mirage Sdn. Bhd. (“GMSB”) GMSB was incorporated on 5 August 2013 as a limited company with an authorised capital of RM400,000.00 and fully paid-up share capital of RM2.00. The intended principal activity of GMSB is property investment. As at the date of this announcement, GMSB has yet to commence operation. (b) Kiara Desaru Sdn. Bhd. (“KDSB”) KDSB was incorporated on 8 July 2013 as a limited company with an authorised capital of RM400,000.00 and fully paid-up share capital of RM2.00. The intended principal activity of KDSB is property investment. As at the date of this announcement, KDSB has yet to commence operation. The above acquisitions are not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the current financial year. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to them has any interest in the aforesaid acquisition. This announcement is dated 23 October 2013. |
