Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd (“YNHPROP” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company had acquired 1 ordinary share of USD$1.00 each at par from Plenitude Assets Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 830471-U) and further subscribed for 99,999 ordinary shares of USD$1.00 each at par in Sky High Corporation (Company No. LL09341) (“SHC”), a Labuan offshore company, resulting in SHC becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. 

The intended activity of SHC is to carry on leasing business under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990. 

The above acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the current financial year. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to them has any interest in the aforesaid acquisition.
