a) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy Back Authority

b) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of A Revenue or Trading Nature

c) Proposed Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association
