We refer to our announcements dated 22 September 2011 and 30 November 2012 respectively.

The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd. ("YNHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Inland Revenue Board ("Ketua Pengarah Hasil Dalam Negeri") has on 14 December 2012 filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision by the High Court dated 30 November 2012 to allow for the additional assessment raised against YNH Construction Sdn. Bhd.'s, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Further announcement on the appeal will be made at the appropriate time.
