a) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy Back Authority ("Proposed Share Buy Back")
b) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of A Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate")
