Working experience and occupation	Mr. Yu Kai Liang has multidisciplinary experience in accounting, engineering with involvement in asset repositioning, leasing strategies for income-generating properties, transaction execution and coordination, as well as engagement with professional advisers and relevant authorities. Upon graduation, he served as General Manager of Hotel Sfera Seri Manjung, where he was responsible for overseeing hotel operations, financial performance and commercial strategy. He subsequently assumed roles in group branding, marketing and project sales, before transitioning into strategic asset transactions and capital-related initiatives based in Kuala Lumpur. Since 2022, Mr. Yu has been actively involved in the Group, contributing to the monetisation and disposal of a diversified portfolio of assets, including retail properties, hotels, land parcels and strategic real estate holdings. These initiatives involved transactions exceeding RM600 million, forming a key component of the Group's asset optimisation and deleveraging strategy.
