The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd ("YNHPROP" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice from a shareholder of the Company of the intention to nominate Messrs Moore Stephens AC as the new auditors in place of the retiring auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young, subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29 June 2011.
