Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 12 June 2024 in relation to the appointment of Messrs. UHY as the special independent reviewer to conduct an independent assessment and announcements on 6 November 2024 and 13 December 2024 respectively in relation to the revised timeline on the completion and issuance of the independent assessment report.

The Company wishes to update that the special independent reviewer is in the midst of finalising the independent assessment report and the current pending items were the cheque images from Bank.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Company expects the independent assessment report to be completed and issued by 15 February 2025.

The Company is closely monitoring the progress and shall release further announcement, if there are any significant developments.
