The Board wishes to announce that a Sale and Purchase Agreement has been entered into between Kar Sin Bhd and YNH Hospitality Sdn Bhd, both the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with RHB Trustees Berhad [As Trustee of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust], on 20 January 2025 for the disposal of Aeon Mall Seri Manjung for a total consideration of RM138.0 million ("Disposal").
