The Board of Directors of YNH (“Board”) wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company (together with the Company referred as “YNH Group”) had entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPA”) with the following Purchasers for the disposal of properties/land (“Properties/Land”) within the past twelve (12) months (“Disposal”):-

This announcement is dated 30 December 2024.
*Remark: The amendments are made to pages 4 and 5 of the attachment under Section 3 - Rationale for the Disposal and Section 6 - Expected Gain from the Disposal. The Pro forma net gain pursuant to the Disposal should be RM23,959,000 instead of RM23,088,000. There are no other amendments made to the rest of the content from the previous announcement dated 30 December 2024. |
