| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Lee Zhi Yan ("Ms Elsha") began her career as an Accounts Officer at 7-Eleven Australia and later moved to Kalari HSE Australia, where she managed vendor details, payments, and facilitated the implementation of new processing methods and supplier negotiations due to business mergers. Transitioning to PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT in 2018, she served as an Assurance Senior Associate until 2021, contributing to audit engagements, assessing risks, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior team members. In 2021, she became Assistant Planning & Reporting Manager at Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis, while also spearheading process improvement initiatives and utilizing data analytics for optimization. Currently, as General & Sales Accounting Manager at Goodyear Malaysia Berhad, she oversees financial reporting, compliance, and manages general and sales accounting activities, serving as a key business partner and ensuring effective asset management. Ms. Elsha's career journey illustrates her adaptability and strategic prowess, evolving from foundational roles to leadership positions in finance.
