Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 12 June 2024 in relation to the appointment of Messrs. UHY as the special independent reviewer to conduct an independent assessment and announcement on 6 November 2024 in relation to the revised timeline on the completion and issuance of the independent assessment report.

The Company wishes to update that certain supporting documents still required for further verification and due to ongoing festive season, the Company and special independent reviewer will require additional time to complete the review and finalise the independent assessment report.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Company is anticipated that the completion and issue of the independent assessment report is to be by mid of January 2025.

The Company is closely monitoring the progress and shall release further announcement, if there is any significant developments.
