We refer to your Company's reply to query announcement dated 12 January 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:-
1. Please provide more specific information with respect to your statement: “The management is currently considering proposals to sell certain landed properties of the Company and its subsidiaries”, which shall include the following: (a) Identities of the properties including the location and total size. (b) Current stage of negotiations. (c) Indicative timeline to finalise the disposals. (d) Indicative or range of the purchase consideration and their materiality pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

Reference is made to the Company’s reply to unusual market activity (“UMA”) query announcement dated 12 January 2024 and query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) vide its letter dated 19 January 2024 in relation to the UMA query reply.
(Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.)
The Company wishes to announce that the Group currently received offers from interested parties to purchase from the Group a retail shopping mall located at Mont Kiara with land size of 6.0 acres, bearing the address No. 8, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan and erected on the freehold land held under the title bearing particulars Geran Mukim 8842, Lot 67384, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan (“the Proposed Disposal”).
The Company is expected to finalise the selection decision within one (1) month from the date of this announcement.
The indicative highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Disposal pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities is 19.11%.
The Company will release the announcement on the Proposed Disposal once the decision is made and terms are finalised and agreed by both parties.
