Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 17 November 2022, 31 January 2023, 9 February 2023, 1 March 2023 and 4 April 2023 (“Earlier Announcements”) and the Company’s circular to its shareholders dated 10 February 2023 (“Circular”) in relation to the Disposals. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and Circular.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that D’Kiara Place and ALX Asset had on 3 July 2023 mutually agreed to extend the fulfilment date of the conditions precedent in the 163 Retail Park SPA until 3 January 2024.
