Further to the Company's announcement dated  30 June 2010 on the distribution of treasury shares as share dividend at the ratio of 1 treasury share for every 90 ordinary shares of RM1 each held, the Board of Directors of YNH Property Berhad ("YNHPROP" or "the Company") is pleased to advise that the Share Dividend has been credited into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders on 30 September 2010.

A total of 4,446,077 treasury shares were distributed to the entitled shareholders in relation to the Share Dividend. Fractions of Treasury Shares had been disregarded.
