| The financial year end ("FYE") of the Company is changed from 31 December to 30 June. The next Audited Financial Statements ("AFS") will be made up from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2023 covering a period of 18 months and 30 June for subsequent years. The change of the FYE is due to the change in its internal operations. The Company will apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting and to lodge the AFS with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. |
