The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd (“YNH”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) is pleased to announce that Kar Sin Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YNH, (“KSB”) has on 25^th February 2011 entered into an Agreement to Lease for KSB to develop and therafter to lease the abovementioned AEON Seri Manjung Shopping Centre, to be built on a 31.256-acre land, with a total gross floor area of approximately 661,097 square feet.
