Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 17 November 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposals ("Earlier Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that ALX Asset had on 30 January 2023 informed the Company that their initial directors have resigned and new directors have been appointed, namely Chan Wan Hoo and Lui Kwee Hui, both of whom are Malaysians. These appointed directors are independent parties and not directors, major shareholders, chief executive officer of the Company or persons connected to them.
