a)  Proposed Renewal of Share Buy Back Authority ("Proposed Share Buy Back")

b)  Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of A Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate")

The Circular to Shareholders for the Proposed Share Buy Back and Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the above proposals will be despatched in due course.
