The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd (“YNH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that YNH had, on 27 August 2021, issued the Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) notifying the shareholders of its AGM to be held at Hotel Sfera, 2479, Jalan Dato’ Yu Neh Huat, Taman Samundera, 32040 Sri Manjung, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia on Tuesday, 28 September 2021 at 11.30 a.m.

Due to the recent surge in daily cases of COVID-19 infection and the emergence of several new variants which are more lethal and higher rate of infectivity especially in the state of Perak, the Board of Directors of YNH, having due consideration to the above, wishes to announce that the 19th AGM of the Company shall be postponed to a later date to be advised in due course.
