Remarks :
The Board of Directors has on 26 August 2010 recommended an interim single tier dividend of 3%. The entitlement date and payment date is 26 October 2010 and 26 November 2010 respectively.

The following final dividends in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009 has been approved for distribution on 30 September 2010 to entitled shareholders as at 1 September 2010:-

a) Distribution of treasury shares as share dividend at the ratio of 1 treasury share for every 90 ordinary shares of RM1 each; and
b) Final dividend of 1.5%.
