Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 February 2009 and 17 November 2009 in relation to the abovementioned matter.

The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that the Ministry of Health, Malaysia has issued a letter stating that the Ministry has no objection in general to the feasibility study submitted for the development of a private hospital in Manjung, Perak.

In this regard, all of the conditions precedent contained in the master collaboration agreement are deemed fulfilled.
