Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 February 2009 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into by YNH and Pantai.

The Board of Directors of YNH are pleased to announce that YNH had on 16 November 2009 formalised the MOU via the master collaboration agreement with PHSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pantai, in relation to the construction, and leasing of a private hospital in the Manjung Point township development located in Sri Manjung, Perak.
