Further to the Company's announcement dated 30 June 2009 on the distribution of treasury shares as share dividend at the ratio of one (1) treasury share for every thirty (30) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to advise that the Share Dividend has been credited into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders on 28 September 2009.
A total of 12,636,018 treasury shares were distributed to the entitled shareholders in relation to the Share Dividend. Fractions of Treasury Shares had been disregarded.
