The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd wishes to announce that the Company has on 31 July 2009 incorporated YNH Services Sdn. Bhd. as its wholly-owned subsidiary with an authorised capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and paid-up capital of RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
The intended activities of YNH Services Sdn. Bhd. are providing management services and lodging facilities.
The above incorporation is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the current financial year. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to them has any interest in the aforesaid incorporation.
