Remarks
Employees Provident Fund Board (''EPF'') has notified the Company on the disposal of 2,151,000 shares made by Nomura back on 23 October 2008. As a result of the notification, EPF's direct interest is now 16,989,309 ordinary shares which is below 5% of the total issued and paid up capital of the Company.
