Further to the Company's announcement dated 26 September 2007, the Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that the earthworks and relocation of the water pipe and manhole for the proposed commercial development named as Menara YNH has been awarded to a contractor for a contract sum of approximately RM4.28 million.

The earthworks and relocation of the water pipe and manhole for the Menara YNH's commercial development project is expected to be completed within five (5) months.
