The Board of Directors ("Board")of YNH is pleased to announce thatits wholly-owned subsidiary, Kar Sin Berhad, had on 29 October 2007 accepted the offer by CMREF 1 to underwrite en-bloc 66 units of Ceriaan Kiara project.

Ceriaan Kiara project is a luxury condominium development with a Gross Development Value of approximately RM200.0 million developed by YNH. Ceriaan Kiara is located strategically in the exclusive Mont Kiara enclave just across the Garden International School with direct access to expressways linking Kuala Lumpur city and Petaling Jaya.

CMREF 1 is a private real estate fund which is managed by CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn Bhd ("CIMB-Mapletree"). CIMB-Mapletree is a 60-40 joint venture between CIMB Real Estate Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIMB Group Sdn Bhd of Malaysia ("CIMB Group") and Mapletree Capital Management Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd ("Mapletree").
