Furtherto the announcement dated 27 June 2007 the Board of Directors of YNH has decided to reconsider the option to team up with a suitable joint venture partner which can also add value to the proposed development of the prime 3 acres freehold land situated in the Kuala Lumpur golden triangle which is owned by Kar Sin Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of YNH.

Therefore, YNH will follow-up with the appropriate announcement once a suitable joint venture partner has been identified and the agreed terms and conditions are finalized.
