The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd ("YNHP or the Company") wishes to announce that KSB,
a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with CCID,
a wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited on 20 December 2006 to jointly develop a prime freehold
site in Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. Due to the MOU has lapsed and non-fulfillment of the conditions precedent
as stated in the MOU, YNHP will now develop the proposed development on its own.
