Bhd. has on 23 May 2007 incorporated YNH Ready Mix Sdn Bhd as its wholly-owned subsidiary with an authorised capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and paid-up capital of RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

The intended activities of YNH Ready Mix Sdn Bhd are to supply ready mixed concrete and related construction materials.

The above incorporation is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the current financial year. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to them has any interest in the aforesaid incorporation.
