The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd ("YNHP or "the Company") wishes to announce that KSB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 28 May 2007 reached an agreement on the principal terms with GWP for the purchase of GWP's land measuring approximately 2,852 square meters (approximately 30,687.52 square feet) and held under Geran 15468 Lot 299 Seksyen 98 Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan KL ("the said Land") for a total consideration of RM4.6 million and an earnest deposit of 2% has been paid to GWP. Accordingly, a Sales and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement")governing the Proposed Acquisition will be signed soon.
The said Land is strategically located along the Federal Highway and opposite Mid Valley Mega Mall in Kuala Lumpur. Most of the infrastructures are ready for connection.
The proposed acquisition is for future development purpose and it is planned for development of condominium and the estimated Gross Development Value ("GDV") is RM100 million.
